Himalayan Sound Bowl Meditation

Saturday, June 5 from 1 pm to 2:30 pm at Mt Airy Lavender Farm

Fee: $30 per person

Looking for an opportunity to relax, decompress and escape?  Join  Johnny Baba for a special outdoor 75-minute group sound healing session at Mt. Airy Lavender. In this special outdoor sound bath, you will lie relaxed in a comfortable enclave of trees, surrounded by the uplifting sounds of nature while being rooted  in the warm embrace of Himalayan Singing Bowls and a Nepalese gong. Allow your cares to melt away as Johnny serenades you with Sanskrit mantra, while the bowls and gong provide upwards directional waves of energy to restore and balance your magnetic field and realign your chakras. You will leave this non-physical practice feeling balanced and rested.

Our instructor, Johnny Baba grew up in West Chester and was trained in classical music and singing.  He traveled to Nepal and feel in love with the beautiful sounds of the singing bowls and the magic of sound healing.

What to expect:  After introductions, participants will lay down  on a yoga mat, relax and listen to the sounds and feel the vibrations.  That’s it!  Johnny will serenade us and  you  will feel calm and peaceful. Dress comfortably and bring a pillow and yoga mat (we will have extras as well).  If it’s chilly, you may want to bring a light blanket.

Note: We will practice social distancing.  For everyone’s safety  masks are required.
