Where are you located?
Mt Airy Lavender is owned and operated by sisters, Amy Saha and Joanne Voelcker. We are located in beautiful Chester County, Coatesville, Pa. just 50 minutes west of Philadelphia and 50 minutes east of Lancaster, Pa. We are only 25 minutes west of Malvern, 30 minutes north of Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, Pa and 20 minutes east of the Amish attractions in Intercourse, Pa.
When are you open?
Our farm is a working family farm and we are not open every day. We are open for workshops and special events. It is best to go to our page titled “Events & Visit” to see when we will be open in the coming month. We encourage you to sign up here so you can be alerted of upcoming events.
I want to order your products but I live too far away. Do you ship?
Yes, we will ship your order anywhere within the United States. You specify the ship to address and choose “Ship my order to the Shipping address I provided” when you check out.
How can I avoid shipping charges when ordering online?
You can avoid shipping charges by ordering more than $100 or pick up your order here at the farm by choosing Pick up at the farm in Coatesville, Pa. when checking out.
Will you ship my order directly to the recipient of my gift?
Absolutely, just specify the name and address of the person who should receive the products or gift as the Shipping address. Add any special instructions or gift card information in the additional information section when checking out.
How soon will my order be processed?
Most orders are mailed out within 2-3 business days and sent Priority Mail - via USPS. Larger boxes of lavender bouquets may be sent via UPS. If you need your order sooner, include a request in the additional information section when checking out.
I chose “Pickup at our Farm in Coatesville, Pa…”. What happens next?
We will send you an email letting you know when your order is ready for pick up (usually within 2-3 business days) with instructions for where to pick up. You let us know what day you will be coming by and we will put your order out on our front porch so that you can pick up that day at your convenience. Feel free to leave any special instructions when checking out about when you would prefer to pick up.
How can I be alerted of workshops and special events at your farm?
Sign up for our mailing list and we will keep you informed of all special events, workshops and of recipes and lavender tips.
Will you gift wrap for me?
We have several beautiful gift boxes available and you may also customize your gift box. Click here for your options.
Do you sell your products Wholesale?

Do you host weddings at your farm?
We do host private parties and corporate events at our farm. Currently, we are not hosting weddings at our farm. We do provide flowers for weddings, proms, and special events. Amy is a certified floral designer and she does a fantastic job in customizing to the bride’s preferences and vision. What is your cancellation policy for workshops?
Since we limit the number of attendees and purchase supplies in advance, no refunds or credits will be offered to those who cannot attend a Workshop after registering. Although Workshop tickets are non-refundable, they can be transferred to a friend. If the workshop is canceled for weather or some other reason, you will receive a full refund.
